Using social media for business use nowadays is very important if you want your company to survive and thrive throughout the business lifecycle, meaning that your business should start up a Facebook page or twitter letting your customers knows of at least of any problems or discounts etc.

Boosting sales is normally a great thing if you are able to advertise on social media websites as these sites generate hundreds and thousands of traffic every hour and could potentially be a great influence onto your business if even 0.5% of the traffic would buy a cheap item off your website.

4. Promote Goods/Services:
If you can advertise on social medias this would promote your good and services however if your company would like this one is also a chance to reward your loyal customers who keeps a check on your page for updates on products or services, this means you could release a small 5% off code only for that day for your company which could also further increase your sales.

I think it says a lot about the impact social media has on society, where people have developed very limited patience and attention spans, it's starting to get out of hand, where people don't talk face-to-face and can't hold a conversation for longer than a couple of minutes.

Yes, it is very saddening when you can't even talk to a person for five minutes before one of you looks at your phone for no reason, however times are changing but hopefully we can influence the next generation to actually look at each other rather than an instant messaging service over a phone.

    1. Hello, in my own personal opinion Jay, i would believe that YouTube would be my go to promotion sites as you see ads on almost every video and also the YoutTbers can also be sponsored by companies.
